Rooted in Romanian brewing tradition, Ursus Breweries Azuga Nepasteurizata Marzen is an unpasteurised amber lager in the classic Märzen style. Brewed with natural ingredients, it offers a fuller character than a conventional lager, with 5.5% ABV and a naturally hazy appearance that may include a light yeast sediment.

Aromas of pale and lightly roasted malts are joined by delicate floral hop notes and subtle fruity esters from fermentation and extended cold maturation. The palate balances smooth malt sweetness with gentle hop bitterness, leading to a full-bodied yet refreshing finish.
