VIM & VIGR Cotton Extra Wide 30–40 mmHg Compression Socks are made with integrally-knit graduated compression that applies therapeutic pressure at the ankle and eases above, with compression running from ankle to calf. The extra wide style is intended to sit comfortably around wider legs and calves, while a contoured leg and heel shape and a flexible toe pocket help maintain comfort through wear.

A premium cotton blend with Spandex throughout the sock provides sustained compression across the day. Developed in partnership with vascular surgeons and vein clinics, this legwear is made for people with circulation problems and is also suitable for flight travel, pregnancy, exercising, and periods of prolonged sitting or standing.
