Care

Hand wash only using mild detergent and warm water, then dry with a soft cloth or microfibre; do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Oil regularly with rapeseed oil applied with a clean cloth (avoid using too much), and store in a cool, dry place; if it looks dry or dull, rub with rapeseed oil to renew the lustre.
