From Minini in Italy’s Veneto region, Vino Pomona Italian Pinot Grigio is a light-bodied, bone-dry white wine with 11% ABV. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, it captures a classic Italian style with a clean, linear texture, very low tannins and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pale lemon in colour, it opens with aromas of pear, followed by delicate apple and lively citrus notes on the palate. Lemon, lime and green apple sit alongside subtle floral notes of acacia and honeysuckle, giving the wine a fresh, balanced character. Served well chilled, it works particularly well as an aperitif or alongside spaghetti carbonara.
