Vintage Tom 18 Carat Gold Opal & Diamond Ring

A fabulous cluster ring set with a highly coloured white opal, oval shaped 12x9mm.

Colour play is exceptional with many hues, including vibrant peacock green, with purples and blues with a hint of orange. 

Complimented with an outer border of nineteen old brilliant cut white diamonds, each 2mm diameter, total estimated at 0.55 carats, colour H-j, clarity Si.

The head measures 127.5x14.5mm, platinum.

18 carat yellow gold band and under setting.

Stamped 18CT PLAT. Tests correct.

No hallmarks for this period, assumed 1925-1935.
