Vintage Tom A fine Vintage Ruby and Diamond cluster ring

An early 20th century cluster ring containing a pink red ruby, 5mm (half a carat) a pleasing  colour and very good clarity.

Surrounded by eight old brilliant cut white diamonds 2.5mm each to an estimated total of 0.40 carats. Colour I-j, clarity Si.

Head diameter 9mm, depth 4.6mm, weight 1.8grams. Head tests as platinum, shank tests as 18 carat gold. Weight 1.8grams

No hallmark was legally required for this period which is estimated at 1930-1940.

In very good condition, stones well set, claws good and all present.
