Vintage Tom A gorgeous Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring

An impressive cluster ring containing an oval facet cut emerald 9x7mm (est 2 carats) with a deep grass green hue and to the naked eye the stone seems inclusion free. However when viewed under an eye glass some light inclusions can be seen, but this is an advantage as it proves that no enhancement has taken place and any inclusion is in fact natural as nature intended.

Surrounded by ten brilliant cut white diamonds, each 2.4mm diameter, colour G-h, clarity Si. A small diamond is also at the head of each shoulder, total estimated carat weight of 0.55 carats.

Head 14x12mm, depth 5mm, weight 5.3grams. Shank is stamped PT and tests as platinum. The period is estimated at 1950-1960, a hallmark was not a legal requirement.
