A trilogy ring containing a round ruby centre stone, 6mm diameter (0.75 carats est). Natural inclusions would indicate no heat treatment.
Each side a brilliant cut white diamond each 3.4mm (total 0.30 carats) colour H-i, clarity Si. Head is white gold 14x6mm, depth 4.5mm, weight 3.4grams.
18 carat yellow gold shank, hallmarks for London 1980.
