From Vitabiotics, Wellteen Her is a daily multivitamin tablet designed to provide advanced nutritional support for teenagers and young women. Care

Take one tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink; do not chew, do not exceed the recommended intake, and do not take on an empty stomach.
