Designed by Vulkan, the Classic Hinged Knee Support provides level 3 support for those managing knee instability and returning to activity after injury. An open-knee design with a padded buttress helps support around the patella, while adjustable tension straps allow you to fine-tune compression for a secure, supported feel.

Removable hinges give added control where medial or lateral ligament damage, cartilage damage or rehabilitation after cruciate ligament injuries calls for extra stability. A combination of stabilisers for shock absorption and compression helps relieve symptoms associated with strains, sprains, repetitive stress injuries and arthritis. Made with neoprene for therapeutic heat retention, it is also designed to promote air flow for comfort during wear.
