How to use

• Shake before use
• Pour 2–3 capfuls into running bath water to disperse
• After bathing, dry gently, wrap in a soft towel and relax for at least half an hour in warm surroundings
• For a foot-bath or basin, use 1 capful and agitate the water by hand to mix
• In the shower or as a quick freshener, use a few drops on a moist cloth
• To refresh a room, add a few drops to a small bowl of warm water
• When sponging down someone with a fever, add a few drops to the water
