Used a few sprays a day, it is intended for aching, stiff joints due to exercise or over-working, as well as heavy limbs and deep aches. The metered spray format allows straightforward application directly into the mouth.

How to use

• For oral use
• Hold a few centimetres from your mouth and spray 1-2 metered spray into the mouth up to 3 times a day
• Ideally use half an hour before or half an hour after food or drink
