Care

After practising on the mat between 4–6 times, grip may improve; you can also place it on the ground and walk over it in bare feet to help wear it in. Wipe clean or machine wash at 40 degrees using a small amount of soap; do not use the spin cycle. Dry flat or hang to air dry, and do not place on a radiator or in a drying machine.
