Yoga Studio Yoga EVA Foam Lightweight Wedge

Designed by Yoga Studio for yoga and Pilates practice, this lightweight Yoga Wedge offers supportive positioning for a range of poses and stretches. It can be placed beneath the heels in Downward Facing Dog to help reduce strain, or used beneath the hands in Bow Pose. A long-established studio prop, it is also noted as a firm favourite with Iyengar practitioners.

Made from high density EVA foam, the wedge is created to provide a stable, practical aid for refining alignment and comfort during sessions at home or in class.
