It is perfect for adding resistance to home workouts for muscle building, strength work, fat loss and general fitness training. Highly versatile, the dumbbells can be used to perform a huge range of exercises to hit the upper and lower body.

It is easy to adjust the weight by adding or removing plates to suit your needs. You can even purchase additional 1” standard weight plates to increase the weight further.
