York Floor To Ceiling Ball

Designed for fast-paced boxing drills, the York Floor To Ceiling Ball is a double-end Speed Ball that helps you build rhythm and sharpen hand-eye co-ordination. Its 9-inch ball is made from synthetic hide material, finished with double-stitched, reinforced seams and sewn-in chrome plated D-rings at the top and bottom for secure attachment.

Two latex bungee cords keep the ball positioned between floor and ceiling, with an adjustable length that lets you alter the height to suit your training environment and individual needs. Supplied with fixing brackets for floor and ceiling mounting, plus an air needle inflator, it’s a practical choice for focused speed and agility sessions at home or in a gym setting.
