The York Olympic Hammertone Cast Iron Weight Plates 4 x 5kg are ideal for easily adding some serious weight to your Olympic barbell and increasing the intensity of your weight training workout. They can also be used with Olympic dumbbells and machines that use a 2” peg. Alternatively, if you currently have a 1” bar or peg, consider purchasing the York 2” Olympic adapter sleeve (sold separately) so you can use Olympic weights on your 1” bars or pegs.

These plates are of commercial standard and feature the York name, giving you the assurance that you are buying a quality product from the company which pioneered home fitness equipment.
