Designed for rigging and general wire-rope assemblies, these DIN741 commercial Wire Rope Grips from SFC suit 8mm wire rope and come in a pack of 10. Made from mild steel with a galvanised finish, they offer corrosion resistance for use on board boats as well as similar applications on land. Ideal for forming loops in a rope assembly or creating a temporary join, each grip is engineered to help secure wire rope ends with a dependable clamping action.

For best results during fitting, the threads on the nuts and bolts should be well greased, with each nut tightened evenly and in turn to achieve the recommended torque settings. After installation, torque should be checked again after 24 hours, after the first application of load, and periodically during service.

Safety information
