8MM x 100 Metre Blue/Yellow Kernmantle Polypropylene Rope - 16 Plait Double Braided PP

Designed for dependable everyday handling, this 8mm x 100 metre kernmantle polypropylene Rope in blue/yellow combines a 16 plait braided construction with a polypropylene multifilament inner core. It’s a strong, versatile option within soft ropes, suited to a wide range of general-purpose tasks where a practical, hard-wearing line is required.

Polypropylene is described as rot and waterproof, with excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis. Under load, it also offers relatively low stretch compared with other soft ropes in the same range. For use around water, this rope can float, making it a practical choice where buoyancy is beneficial. Please note: while it features a multifilament inner core, it is not a braided core.
