Adidas Performance Training Bench

From adidas, the Performance Training Bench is a versatile Weight Bench designed to support a wide range of strength sessions at home. With six adjustment positions including flat, incline, decline and upright, it’s well suited to both compound lifts and more focused isolation work, whether you’re training with dumbbells or positioning the bench under a rack or stands for barbell exercises.

A plate-loaded leg developer helps target quads and hamstrings with curl functionality, while a removable preacher pad allows for bicep isolation training. Dense 2.5" foam padding adds comfort and support, and the strong steel framework is built for steadiness and reliability, with a maximum load of 215kg. For added convenience, built-in wheels make it easier to move between workouts, and the Scan to Train function provides access to full exercise videos via a QR code.
