Built for home strength training, the Marcy MWB5511 folding weight bench pairs an adjustable bench with integrated uprights in a compact, foldable frame. It is compatible with 5-foot barbells and longer, with bar catches that adjust across 6 height positions to suit different lifts.

The back pad moves through flat, incline and upright positions, while thick, high-density foam padding with a durable vinyl cover gives the bench a more comfortable, supportive feel. A powder-coated steel frame provides a stable base, and the design also accepts optional attachments including a preacher pad and leg developer, sold separately. When training is done, the bench folds for easier storage.
