Alitia Albarino (6 x 750ml - 12%)

From D. O. Rías Baixas, Alitia Albariño is a Spanish white wine made by winemaker Pablo Estévez. At 12% ABV, it offers a precise, crisp coastal style shaped by fruit from Monte a Picariña, where sandy soils over granite sit at 100–200 metres above sea level and the vines are 12–28 years old.

Hand-selected grapes are picked into 15kg boxes, sorted on a vibrating table, then cold pneumatic pressed. The musts are separated and statically racked before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 17ºC, preserving the wine’s freshness and balance.

Nose

Medium in intensity, with ripe citrus notes of lime and mandarin, framed by jasmine and orange blossom, with a hay-like herbaceous backdrop

Palate

Long and beautifully balanced, with flavours lifted by refreshing yet rounded acidity
