For the strongest neon result, apply a base coat of Angelus White to achieve uniform opacity and brightness. Once dry, build colour with 3–4 thin coats of the neon shade, allowing each layer to dry fully before applying the next. To help protect your work, finish by sealing with Angelus finishers.
