Synopses

Anisha, Accidental Detective

While preparing to be a reluctant bridesmaid at Aunty Bindi’s wedding, Anisha receives a secret ransom note. Bindi’s groom has been kidnapped and will only be released if the wedding is cancelled. With Milo, Granny Jas and a series of unexpected helpers, Anisha sets out to find her uncle before the big day becomes a disaster.

Anisha is looking forward to presenting her volcano project at the science fair and hopes to win a prize trip to the national space centre. When the volcano explodes and floods the school, she is disqualified despite it not being her fault. Teaming up with Milo, a pet rat and a high-school vlogger, she tries to identify the culprit.

Anisha and Milo are excited for half-term and a visit to the National Space Centre to meet a real-life space engineer. Before that, the family plans to attend a festival where a famous, expensive diamond is on display, but it is stolen.
