It pairs a uniquely constructed stainless steel base with a stainless steel mesh cooking surface designed to keep oils in the centre of the pan, bringing fat and heat together for caramelisation and browning.

This 24cm casserole pan has a 3.8 litre capacity, making it well suited to searing lean meats, seafood and vegetables before finishing in sauces or combining with pasta. An ultra-durable, PFOA-free non-stick finish and flat rivets create a smooth cooking surface, while the tempered glass lid helps lock in heat. Dual-riveted side handles provide confidence and control from hob to oven.
