Setting up a Pergola kit

For assembly, we recommend installing the Wooden Pergola with Decking Kit on a level and stable surface. The supplied uprights are 2.7m in length, allowing flexibility for ground fixing or free-standing installation. Posts can be trimmed if required.

Fixings & Tools:

• All necessary fixings are included.
• A battery-operated screwdriver, spirit level, drill, and socket wrench are recommended for assembly.

Assembly Assistance: Two-person assembly is recommended for safety and ease of installation.

Care

To keep your wooden pergola in top condition, regularly clean it with mild soapy water to remove dirt, mold, and mildew. Apply a high-quality wood sealant or stain every 1-3 years to protect against moisture and UV damage. Inspect for cracks, loose fixings, or signs of wear, tightening or replacing hardware as needed. If painting, use a durable exterior wood paint designed for treated timber. Trim climbing plants to prevent excess weight and trapped moisture, which can lead to decay.
