Arbor Garden Solutions Wooden Box Pergola and Decking Kit

Designed to shape a defined outdoor area, the Wooden Box Pergola and Decking Kit from Arbor Garden Solutions combines a pergola structure with matching decking to create a considered setting for open-air dining and entertaining. Built from specified timber components, it’s a practical choice when you want a dedicated zone that feels structured and intentional within the garden.

The kit uses CLS C16 Scandinavian Pine for the rafters and braces, with engineered uprights in 94x94 Redwood ‘A’ Quality, kiln dried 12/14%, laminated PAR, UC4 and 70% PEFC certified. Decking is formed from 32mm x 125mm grooved green treated decking boards with FSC certification. For installation flexibility, the supplied uprights are 2.7m in length and can be used for ground fixing or free-standing installation, with trimming possible if required.

How to assemble

• Install on a level, stable surface
• Uprights are 2.7m in length and can be used for ground fixing or free-standing installation; posts can be trimmed if required
• Two-person assembly recommended for safety and ease of installation
• Recommended tools: battery-operated screwdriver, spirit level, drill and socket wrench
• Assembly requires a 10mm socket and screwdriver

Treatment & maintenance

• Clean regularly with mild soapy water to remove dirt, mould and mildew
• Apply a high-quality wood sealant or stain every 1-3 years
• Inspect for cracks, loose fixings or signs of wear; tighten or replace hardware as needed
• If painting, use a durable exterior wood paint designed for treated timber
• Trim climbing plants to prevent excess weight and trapped moisture
• Ensure good airflow around the structure to minimise moisture build-up
