The Elite Finger Paddle from Arena is a training aid that you wear on your fingers to help improve your hand action during your swim stroke. The paddle helps improve your 'catch' that follows from the extension through the four strokes - Freestyle, Butterfly, Breaststroke and Backstroke. It also improves upper body strength by creating water resistance causing you to work harder.
