Arena Freeflow Pullbuoy II

Designed for swim training, the Arena Freeflow Pullbuoy II helps you focus on technique by immobilising the legs when placed between the thighs. Its buoyancy supports a higher hip position in the water, encouraging a more horizontal, streamlined body line so you can concentrate on your arm stroke and overall balance.

By removing the kick from your stroke, it also supports breathing practice, helping you develop a bilateral breathing rhythm while swimming in a more relaxed way. Over time, isolating the upper body can help build strength, making it a useful addition to regular pool sessions. Lightweight and compact, it’s easy to carry to and from training, and is available in bright lime or classic black. PVC free.
