Designed for focused pool training, the Arena Vortex Evolution Hand Paddle supports extreme, intense and demanding workouts by increasing water resistance while maintaining a natural feel through the stroke. Shaped to mould to the hand, it promotes a safe, comfortable grip and helps you develop a more instinctive connection with the water, with a swim stroke that feels closer to swimming with bare hands.

Multiple hand-strap positions make the paddles easy to wear, while soft edges help prevent uncomfortable rubbing against the wrists during longer sessions. Finished in acid lime and black, they’re available in two sizes to suit different hands and training preferences, with other colours also available.
