TYR Catalyst Stroke Training Swimming Paddles

From TYR, the Catalyst Stroke Training Paddles are designed to support a more adjustable, customisable swim training session, helping athletes build upper-body strength while working on stroke technique. A clear construction makes it easier to assess hand positioning in the water, while the fastenable grip position is designed to offer a wide range of resistance during training.

Each paddle can be strung using the included silicone tubes from right to left or from top to bottom. Once inserted into the holes, the tubes lock into place; to remove them, push from below while pulling from above. Elongated holes are designed for water flow only. A mesh carry bag is included for convenient transport between pool sessions.
