Babylonstoren Babel Red Blend 2024 75cl

From Babylonstoren in South Africa, the 2024 Babel Red Blend brings together ripe black fruit character with a polished, structured style. Crushed mulberry, blackberry and plum lead the profile, while oak maturation adds layers of sweet spice, vanilla and dark chocolate.

There is a savoury edge running through the wine, with notes of cigar box and graphite set against succulent fruit. Smooth tannins and a tightly knit structure give it definition, making this a composed red suited to the table.
