From Basis, the Beacon Hardtail Electric Mountain Bike is designed to bring confident electric support to everyday riding, from town commutes to family outings and rural exploring. Updated for July 2021, it features refreshed graphics, twist-grip gear shifters and a semi-integrated battery positioned on the frame downtube for a clean, considered look.

Built around an alloy 19" crossbar frame with ZOOM front suspension forks, the Beacon is set up for a balanced ride with an assertive stance. Power comes from a 36v Li-Ion 14Ah battery working with a 250w hub motor, delivering up to 50 miles from a charge. For control across changing routes, it pairs a 7-speed Shimano gearing system with front and rear mechanical disc brakes, while a new LCD display lets you switch between 3 power assistance modes as you ride.
