This Berkfield gabion basket set is made from galvanised iron and finished in corrosion-resistant silver, with sturdy 3.5 mm wire for a stable, long-lasting build.

The arched cages are intended to be filled with rocks or gravel to create a solid barrier, whether used to define a garden edge or introduce a more sheltered feel to an open area. Strengthened gabion hooks pull opposing wire panels tightly together to help the structure retain its shape once filled. Natural fill materials such as concrete, sandstone and coloured stone can also be used.
