Berkfield Pond Liner Black 2x3 m PVC 0.5 mm

Designed to form the foundation of a tailored garden pond, the Berkfield Pond Liner offers a practical base for creating your own water feature on a patio, in a border or elsewhere around the garden. Made from black PVC, it is suitable for shaping both shallow and deep water zones, with a flexible construction that can be cut with scissors to suit your layout.

Berkfield has produced this liner with a 0.5 mm thickness and a unit weight of 600 g/m². It is highly elastic and tear-resistant, with UV, welding seam and cold resistance, as well as resistance to swelling, rotting and ageing. Suitable for fish and harmless to plants and animals, it supports a wide range of pond designs while allowing gluing or welding with PVC glue where required.

• Before laying the liner, make sure the surface is dry and free from ice, snow, stones and other hard or sharp objects to help avoid cuts, bumps and damage
• Pond liner length formula: finished pond length + twice depth + twice edge overlap
• Pond liner width formula: finished pond width + twice depth + twice edge overlap
• Minimum recommended overlap: 0.10 m
• Buying extra metres is recommended to allow for error and to provide enough liner to tuck in around the edges above the maximum water level
• The use of a suitable pond fleece under the pond foil is recommended for load distribution and lower mechanical load on the pond foil
