Berkfield Pond Liner Black 3x4 m PVC 0.5 mm

Designed to form the foundation of a tailored garden pond, the Berkfield Pond Liner offers a practical base for creating your own water feature on a lawn, in a border or elsewhere around the property. Made from black PVC, it is suitable for both shallow and deep water zones and can be cut with scissors to suit the shape of your layout.

Berkfield combines flexibility with durability here, with a highly elastic, tear-resistant construction that is suitable for fish and harmless to plants and animals. The liner is also UV, welding seam and cold resistant, with resistance to swelling, rotting and ageing. For projects that require joining or adapting the material, gluing or welding with PVC glue can be carried out without difficulty.

• Before laying the liner, make sure the surface is dry and free from ice, snow, stones and other hard or sharp objects to help avoid cuts, bumps and damage
• Recommended liner length formula: finished pond length + twice depth + twice edge overlap
• Recommended liner width formula: finished pond width + twice depth + twice edge overlap
• Minimum recommended overlap: 0.10 m
• Buying extra metres is recommended to allow for error and to provide enough liner to tuck in around the edges above the maximum water level
• The use of a suitable pond fleece is recommended for load distribution and to reduce the mechanical load on the pond foil
