Designed for everyday crêpes and pancakes, the Berlinger Haus BH-6128 Professional Line crêpe pan brings a contemporary look to the hob in matt black. Its forged aluminium, thick-wall body is finished with a titan non-stick coating, built up in a triple layer to help release delicate batters cleanly.

A soft-touch ergonomic handle provides a secure grip for controlled turning and serving. The turbo induction base supports efficient cooking across a wide range of heat sources, and the pan can also be used in the oven up to 220C. Made as an eco-friendly choice, it is free from PFOA, lead and cadmium.

Use and care

• Allow the pan to cool to room temperature after cooking and do not cool it by pouring cold water into it
• Clean thoroughly after use to prevent stains becoming ground-in during the next use
• Wash with mild detergent and a soft scourer
• Avoid metal scourers, metal utensils and abrasive cleaning products to protect the non-stick coating and metallic colour
