Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess
• Allow the pan to cool to room temperature after cooking; do not cool by pouring cold water into it
• Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer; avoid abrasive cleaning products
• Hand wash recommended
• Avoid metal scourers and metal utensils to help prevent damage to the non-stick coating
