Berlinger Haus Oblong Roaster with Basket Berlinger Haus BH-7855 Burgundy

Designed for everyday roasting and oven cooking, the Berlinger Haus BH-7855 oblong roaster with basket combines a carbon steel tray with a stainless steel metal basket. Finished in a metallic red colour as part of the Special Metallic Edition, it brings a clean, contemporary look to the kitchen while keeping preparation and clean-up straightforward.

The titan non-stick coating helps food release easily and supports lower-oil cooking. A fitted basket sits inside the tray to keep ingredients raised, making it simple to lift out food after cooking and helping to keep the tray cleaner during use.
