Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Wipe the coating with a little vegetable oil, then wipe off any excess
• Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning and avoid pouring cold water onto a hot surface
• Clean after each use with mild detergent and a soft scourer
• Avoid metal scourers or utensils that may scratch the non-stick coating
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products
