Use and care

• Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel
• Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil, then wipe off any excess
• Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning and do not cool by pouring cold water into the pan
• Clean with mild detergent and a soft scourer and avoid abrasive cleaning products
• Avoid metal scourers and metal utensils to help prevent damage to the non-stick coating
• Hand washing helps preserve the metallic grey finish
