From Blackout Brewing in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Rau Augur Pedro Ximenez BA is an imperial stout with 11% ABV. This single barrel release draws together a heavily roasted malt base, Pedro Ximenez barrel ageing, and the character of smoked lapsang souchong tea for a dark, layered style.

Only 660 bottles were produced. Sweet sherry notes and subtle smoke lead into a rich, thick palate with dark chocolate, oak and dried fruits, followed by a long finish.
