Blackout Brewing Sakadat Bourbon BA Imperial Stout 35P 1x330ml

From Blackout Brewing in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Sakadat Bourbon BA is an imperial stout aged in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. Bottled at 11% ABV, it brings together rich coffee, dark cherry and sweet vanilla notes in a deeply layered style shaped by barrel ageing.

Only 840 bottles were made. In the glass, it pours opaque black with a dense, creamy brown head, while the aroma combines Eclectic Ethiopia coffee, roasted by Yume, with natural cherry flavour and warm oak influence from the barrel. The palate is rich and smooth, with dark chocolate and roasted coffee bitterness balanced by sweet fruitiness, leading into a long, warming finish with lingering bourbon character and a hint of dark fruit.
