From South Odesa’s established winemaking region, Bolgrad Winery produces this Ukrainian red as a full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Bolgrad Ukrainian Cabernet Sauvignon is 14% ABV and brings together hand-harvested grapes, controlled yields of under 5 tons per hectare, and temperature-controlled winemaking.

The vineyards sit between Lake Yalpug and the Black Sea, where long warm summers, mild winters and limestone-rich soils shape the fruit. Malolactic conversion gives the wine a smooth mouthfeel, while ripe, medium tannins support a complex fruity character built around plum and blackberry.
