Produced by Doluca, Sarafin Turkish Chardonnay is a white wine from Turkey made from Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels with the juice and sediment together using the sur lie method, while malolactic fermentation brings a buttery, velvety texture. The wine is matured for 12 months in 225-litre French oak barrels and estate-bottled with limited filtration to retain flavour and structure.

This is a carefully made Chardonnay with an oak-led élevage and a rounded, smooth character. Its international recognition includes awards from Vinalies Internationales, Mundus Vini, China Best Value Wine & Spirits Awards, Terravino, Chardonnay du Monde, and the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.
