From Boschendal, Grande Cuvée Brut is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine made in the classic Méthode Cap Classique style. Fresh green apple and hints of citrus lead the profile, with discreet notes of almond biscotti and brioche bringing added depth.

Extended lees contact gives the wine a full, creamy mouthfeel, balanced by elegant minerality and a seamless finish. The grapes were harvested early at lower sugar levels for freshness, handpicked in the cool dawn, and whole-bunch pressed separately. Only the first 500 litres per ton were used.
