From Domeniile Dealu Mare, Pelin Carpatin Alb is a Romanian white wormwood wine from Muntenia with 11.5% ABV. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and produced by immersing wormwood in wine according to an ancient recipe, it offers a distinctive style suited to serving as an aperitif, digestif or alongside food.

Modern vinification preserves a fresh, aromatic profile and a balanced, persistent palate. The wine is medium dry and natural, with no added alcohol or synthetic flavours. Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
