Burning Barn Spiced Rum

Inspired by fire, this spiced rum brings a bold, warming character to the glass. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is made with aged rum infused with hand-roasted whole spices, including toasted coconut, dark molasses, aromatic allspice, fiery ginger and birds eye chilli.

The result is a distinctly spicy style with layered sweetness and heat, suited to simple mixed serves where its character can come through clearly. It works particularly well with cola for a fuller, more warming take on a classic serve.
