Burning Barn Rum at Rackhams

Burning Barn Rum was born on our family farm in the Midlands, after a devastating fire destroyed the business we had built over 30 years.

Inspired by our father-in-law’s courage and determination to start again, we set out to create a spirit that embodied resilience, craftsmanship and reinvention.

The fire became part of the rum itself. We roast our own spices for our Spiced Rum and use apple wood from our family orchard to smoke our Smoked Rum, creating distinctive flavours with a story behind every bottle.
