Made from Riesling and vinified in temperature-controlled tanks in a New World style, it is shaped to emphasise the variety’s freshness and fruit-driven character, with 11.5% ABV.

Grown on the sunlit, south-facing slopes of Carastelec village, this wine shows a greenish-yellow colour and a bright, high-acidity profile typical of the cooler Crisana climate. Its crisp style and food-friendly character make it particularly well suited to the table, especially with dishes that benefit from a fresh, lively white.
